1960s Cubic Chandelier by Gaetano Sciolari

A huge Italian "Cubic" chandelier with chromed shades by Gaetano Sciolari. With thirty-seven individual lights on four geometric arms, the perspex shades cast an amazing nuanced light.
    
Dating from the 1960s, this chandelier is in excellent vintage condition.
 
The chrome is bright and untarnished and it is structurally perfectly robust.
 
Professionally rewired and safety tested, it is in full working order.
    
With new translucent white and clear shades it is fitted with 4W LED bulbs, resulting in extremely low energy consumption of only 148 watts (all thirty-seven lights combined). 
 
It bears the Sciolari maker label to the reverse of the ceiling plaque.
