A beautiful rosewood "Super Elipse" dining table by Piet Hein for Fritz Hansen.
At up to three meters in length, this table comfortably seats up to fourteen people. There are two extension leaves, each 60cm in width.
In excellent condition, the rosewood is rich and unfaded. The veining creates a beautiful florid pattern which runs the full length of the table. It retains symmetry whether both leaves, just one leaf or no leaves are in use.
This table is in excellent structural condition throughout, with only very minor signs of age.
